European designer clothing options are not for the faint of heart when it comes to cost. That being said, there’s no reason you can’t have a bougie designer look on a budget. I’ll let you in on some of my secrets when it comes to finding unique, affordable clothing pieces. Here’s “How to Shop for Affordable European Designer Attire.”
Discovering Affordable European Designer Attire
+ Shop on sale
MODESSENS has a variety of designer options for shoppers and even better… they often have these designer pieces on sale. That being said, if you see something you like, snag it quickly! These clothing pieces are often presented for a limited time and the wardrobe selection changes with the seasons.
+ Thrift
… at your local shops or online! I’ve discovered unique pieces on websites such as Poshmark, LTK, ShopStyle, and more! Chattanooga’s go-to thrift store Poor Taste has a wide selection of fun goodies to choose from (though it’s highly unlikely that you will find any European designers in their store). Again, I’m on the hunt for local European boutiques and/or thrift stores and will keep you posted on what I find!
+ Visit your local European boutique store
I discovered my love for European designers through a local European boutique located in Northern California: Alina B. The thing I love about European fashion is that it’s classy, yet playful. I tend to lean into neutrals more often than I probably should. But unique pieces such as the ones from Pierantonio Gaspari, push my limits and let me embrace a touch of playfulness. I have yet to find a European boutique in Chattanooga, TN but I’m on the lookout! Until then, I’ll be paying a visit to Alina B when visiting good ol’ California.
